These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and badbd ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the badbd website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person accessing any part of the badbd Services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through badbd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. • You must be at least 21 years of age. badbd does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, without exception. This is a hard minimum and is not subject to parental consent or any other waiver.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on badbd or any affiliated exclusion register. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to re-register before the exclusion period has formally ended.
• You must use only one account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, or same IP address — is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension without refund of any balances derived from prohibited multi-accounting.

To access the full range of badbd Services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information. badbd reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to national identification documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and match the identity of the account holder. Using false names, fictitious addresses, or borrowed identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must notify badbd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. badbd is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• badbd reserves the right to close duplicate accounts at any time. In the event of duplicate accounts being detected, badbd will consolidate or close the accounts and may withhold any bonus funds or winnings generated across the duplicate accounts.

badbd applies KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to all accounts. Players who do not complete KYC verification may have their ability to make withdrawals restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed. KYC documentation requirements will be communicated to players via the registered contact details on their account.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on badbd is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account wallet. There is no maximum deposit limit at the Platform level, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts owned and controlled exclusively by the registered account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. In the event a deposit does not appear in your badbd wallet within 15 minutes of confirmed payment, you should contact badbd support with the transaction reference number from your bKash, Nagad, or other payment confirmation.
• badbd does not charge fees for deposits processed through supported payment methods. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply transaction charges under their own fee schedule. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements and to protect player accounts from unauthorised fund movements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. badbd will communicate any applicable maximum withdrawal limits to players through their account interface.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals requested prior to completed KYC will be placed in a pending queue until verification is satisfactorily finalised.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad once the withdrawal request has been approved by badbd's payments team. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

badbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered or credited to the player's account. General bonus rules that apply across all badbd promotions are set out below.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet, which is separate from the main cash wallet. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and markets that are explicitly included in the promotion's eligible game list. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have an expiry date stated in their individual terms. Any bonus funds not used or wagering requirements not completed before the expiry date will result in the automatic forfeiture of those bonus funds and any winnings accrued from them.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion between players, exploitation of technical errors to claim unintended bonuses, or any form of arbitrage betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• badbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or other circumstances requiring the Platform to act in the interest of integrity. Players who have not yet used a cancelled bonus will not receive compensation for its cancellation.

Welcome bonuses on badbd are available to new players making their first deposit only. A player is considered new only once; subsequent accounts created by the same individual to claim a second welcome bonus constitute a breach of these Terms and will be treated as multi-account fraud.

badbd operates on a principle of fair play for all users. The Platform employs automated systems and human review processes to detect and investigate suspicious activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, with or without prior warning depending on the severity of the breach.

• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, script, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game, market, or bonus structure on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in multiplayer games, sports markets, or any competitive feature on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing discrepancies in sports markets. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known or unknown errors are not considered valid and will be voided. Players who discover errors are encouraged to report them to badbd support.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the badbd Platform as a conduit. badbd complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration, KYC verification, bonus claim, or withdrawal process.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or using offensive or discriminatory language toward badbd staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel associated with the Platform.

badbd's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final at the Platform level. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal dispute to the support team in writing. badbd will review all formal disputes within a reasonable timeframe and communicate its findings to the player via registered contact details.

badbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain healthy habits. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is reduced it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment only, subject to compliance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the badbd Platform without prior written permission from badbd. Unauthorised use of any badbd intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, badbd's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. badbd shall not be liable for the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or data arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if badbd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond badbd's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or market data displayed on the Platform that contained an error or inaccuracy, where such error is corrected by badbd within a reasonable time of discovery.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, including losses caused by unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access resulted from your negligence or failure to comply with these Terms.

badbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account security obligations, payment rules, bonus terms, or prohibited conduct provisions.
• A request from law enforcement, a regulatory authority, or a financial institution in connection with a fraud investigation, anti-money-laundering inquiry, or other legal process.
• The player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion, submitted through the account settings or via written request to badbd support.

Upon account closure for cause (i.e. breach of these Terms or fraud), badbd reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including cash and bonus funds, without compensation to the player. Upon account closure at the player's own request, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided KYC verification is complete.

badbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, badbd will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the player's registered email or contact detail. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the time of publication.

Your continued use of the badbd Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for updates. badbd recommends reviewing these Terms at least once per quarter.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. badbd operates as a platform providing entertainment services and does not make representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a player and badbd, the player should first contact badbd support in writing, providing full details of the dispute. badbd will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 5 business days and aim to provide a final response within 28 business days. badbd's final decision on a dispute will be communicated to the player in writing via their registered contact details.
